mistcash Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any gender include all genders.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the mistcash platform, form the entire agreement between you and mistcash. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

To access the full range of mistcash services, you must create a Player Account. Registration is subject to the following eligibility criteria and procedural requirements, all of which must be satisfied before your account becomes fully active.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with mistcash, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. mistcash enforces a strict 18+ policy in compliance with responsible gambling standards. Any attempt by an underage person to register or use the platform is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Registration by corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities is not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of or currently located in a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is illegal or restricted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of mistcash, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless explicit written permission has been granted by mistcash management.
• You must not have had a previous mistcash account that was closed due to a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or self-exclusion without the self-exclusion period having fully elapsed.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must keep this information current and promptly update your account if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any security codes with any third party. mistcash will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

mistcash reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on mistcash are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mistcash does not apply foreign exchange conversions or charge currency conversion fees. The following provisions govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

3.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made using any of the payment methods currently supported by mistcash, which include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other methods as listed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier interface and may vary by payment method.

• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your mistcash wallet within seconds of payment confirmation.
• Bank card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on the issuing bank's processing time.
• mistcash does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. You may only deposit using a payment method that is registered in your own name.
• Deposits made for the purpose of exploiting a bonus or promotion, followed by immediate withdrawal of the deposited amount without genuine play, may constitute bonus abuse and is subject to the provisions of Article 4.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the applicable KYC verification process before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. mistcash reserves the right to request additional verification if a withdrawal is directed to a different method.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests are targeted to be processed within one hour during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Processing times during high-volume periods or outside standard hours may be longer.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per calendar month are displayed in the cashier. These limits may be adjusted for VIP account holders.
• mistcash reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

3.3 Fees

mistcash does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, mobile money provider, or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees independent of mistcash. Players are solely responsible for any such third-party charges. mistcash is not liable for fees applied by external payment processors.

mistcash offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome packages, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotional deals timed around Bangladesh's gaming and sporting calendar. All bonuses are governed by the general conditions in this Article, supplemented by the specific terms disclosed at the point of each offer.

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are offered at mistcash's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice, provided that existing active bonuses are honoured.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other bonus offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings are transferred to the real-money wallet.
• If a Player withdraws real-money funds while an active bonus is in progress, the bonus and any associated bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must wager a total of ৳30,000 using bonus funds before any winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly at the point of opt-in. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements:

• Slots: typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement.
• Live Dealer games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette): contribution percentage is stated per promotion but is typically lower than slots.
• Crash Games (Aviator): contribution percentage is stated per promotion.
• Sports Betting: contribution percentage is stated per promotion. Accumulator bets may have different contribution rules.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of award, within which wagering requirements must be completed. Any uncompleted bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account on expiry. Expiry dates are displayed in the bonus section of your account dashboard.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

mistcash actively monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: using bonus funds to place low-risk hedging bets; exploiting game mechanics in a way designed to minimise variance without genuine play; creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements; and using automated software to generate wagers. Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers will have their bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and account suspended or permanently closed.

By using mistcash, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those of Bangladesh, and to abide by the conduct standards set out in this Article. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the mistcash platform.

5.1 Prohibited Actions

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or at any subsequent point when information is requested by mistcash.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a Prohibited Territory, including through the use of VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technologies.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or scrape game data.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or any other conduct that gives an unfair advantage or distorts the outcome of games or sporting events.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise exploit vulnerabilities in the mistcash platform, its software, or its API.
• Laundering money or using mistcash for any transaction linked to illegal activities. mistcash cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities on any such matters.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mistcash staff, other players, or any third party in connection with use of the platform.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to another person, or playing on behalf of another person.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug, or pricing error identified on the platform. Any winnings derived from a manifest error will be voided.

5.2 Responsible Use

You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that you participate at your own discretion and financial risk. mistcash strongly encourages Players to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. 6.1 Suspension by mistcash

mistcash reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a requested timeframe.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors.
• Pending investigation into disputed transactions or chargebacks.
• Account security concerns, including suspected unauthorised access.

During a suspension, the Player may not place wagers, access games, claim bonuses, or process withdrawals. Deposits may also be restricted. mistcash will communicate the reason for suspension where it is legally and operationally permissible to do so.

6.2 Closure by mistcash

mistcash may permanently close a Player's account in cases of confirmed fraud, repeated or serious breach of these Terms, conviction for a related criminal offence, or where continued operation of the account would expose mistcash or other parties to unacceptable risk. Upon permanent closure for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and the Player may be permanently banned from registering a new account.

6.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Players may request to close their own account at any time by contacting mistcash support. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed. Remaining real-money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

6.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period. During self-exclusion, access to the platform is completely suspended. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion and can be activated via account settings or by contacting support. Reactivation of an account following a self-exclusion period requires a formal review by mistcash's responsible gaming team. Permanent self-exclusions cannot be reversed. 7.1 Platform Availability

mistcash endeavours to maintain continuous, uninterrupted availability of its platform but does not guarantee that access will be available at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, third-party infrastructure failures, or Force Majeure events. mistcash accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability, provided that such unavailability is not caused by gross negligence on the part of mistcash.

7.2 Game Results and Wager Outcomes

All game outcomes on mistcash are determined by certified Random Number Generator technology or by the real-world outcome of live sporting events. mistcash is not liable for any losses arising from unfavourable game or betting outcomes. Gambling results are inherently uncertain, and the Player accepts full financial responsibility for all wagers placed.

7.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome, incorrect odds display, or incorrect bonus calculation, mistcash reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state. mistcash is not liable for winnings that arise from a manifest error, and such winnings will not be paid out.

7.4 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mistcash's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. mistcash is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

7.5 Third-Party Services

The mistcash platform integrates services and content from third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay). mistcash is not liable for any errors, outages, or failures attributable to these third-party services. Any disputes relating to third-party game outcomes must be raised directly with the relevant game provider.

8.1 Amendments to These Terms

mistcash reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights, obligations, or the way the platform operates — mistcash will provide reasonable notice of such changes by displaying a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the email address registered on the Player's account.

Your continued use of the mistcash platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Article 6.3.

8.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with a lawful provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

8.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and mistcash with respect to the subject matter hereof. They supersede all prior negotiations, representations, warranties, and understandings between the parties.

8.4 Waiver

No failure or delay by mistcash in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any breach of these Terms by mistcash does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

8.5 Contact and Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail.
